Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Conditions

    We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product (unless stated otherwise).

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • For items with quality issues or damage during shipping, please provide clear photos as proof when requesting the return.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition, unless due to a quality issue.

    • Sale items, and customized or personalized products, unless there is a proven quality issue.

    Return Process

    1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return.

    2. Confirmation: Our team will respond and confirm your request within 1–2 business days.

    3. Return Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

    4. Send the Item: Please return the item within 15 days after approval and provide us with the tracking number.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to a quality issue or a wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If returning for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Restocking Fee

    We do not charge any restocking fees.

    Refunds

    • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

    • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please contact us.

    Order Cancellation

    • Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of placing your order.

    • To cancel, please contact our customer service with your order number.

    • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the product after delivery following the return steps above.
